Work in the USA

The EB-3 Program (Unskilled Workers Category) enables unskilled workers (occupations requiring less than two years’ training or experience) to enter the U.S. as Green Card holders with full-time, permanent employment. We partner with reputable US employers across a range of specializations including but not limited to hospitality, food production, agriculture, transportation and warehouse, and the beauty industry. Our employers provide permanent job offers, green card sponsorships, health insurance, paid vacations, and salary increases.

LVEB, together with our partner law firms in the U.S. will provide professional legal services in respect of all matters relating to the applications for permanent residence of the applicants, including a review of each case to make sure it is suitable for either a USCIS or consular filing. If qualified, the applicant and his/her spouse and unmarried children below the age of 21 will receive permanent residents and be able to live and work in the US. If any applicant is already in the US as an international student or visitor, you may also participate in the EB-3 Program.
